DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION UNDER THE RTI ACT, 2005

DOPT vide its order No-11/2/2013-IR(Pt) dated 14/08/2013 it is clarified the disclosure of the personal information in view of the Supreme court order. As per the order "The performance of an employee/Officer in an organization is primarily a matter between the employee and the employer and normally those aspects are governed by the service rules which fall under the expression 'personal information', the disclosure of which has no relationship to any public activity or public interest. On the other hand, the disclosure of which could cause unwarranted invasion of the privacy of that individual."

PAPER II for Assam, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, North East, Odisha and West Bengal Postal Circles is scheduled on 24th and 25th August 2013.The Admit cards for the same have been dispatched. If not received by 13 August, 2013 then it can be downloaded from this website from August 14, 2013.
