29th BI-ENNIAL All India Conference of AIPEU Gr- C held at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 10- 12 March,13'. From this conference, Com. M. Krishnan (SG, NFPE) is selected as the General Secretary and Com. R. Shibnarayana (Officiating Secretary) has been selected as the President of AIPEU Gr- C CHQ.
